But there is an issue with the caps *by A***D on Reviewed in the United States on January 7, 2018* I LOVE the style of these bottles! But there is an issue with the caps, they are stainless outer layered and NOT solid metal. The inner layer is plastic and unfortunately when on tight it is very difficult to open because the steel outer later spins while the plastic inner cap stays tightened on the bottle, like a record on a turntable. I have to now look for new caps. ### ⭐⭐⭐ good bottles but the lids leaks *by W***! on Reviewed in the United States on December 28, 2017* I use these to store and carry home made green juice. for the most part they work well because you can't really go wrong with glass. just make sure you have a brush that will fit inside them for cleaning. the reason for only 3 stars is that the caps/lids are not very good. they leak. you have to keep the bottle upright during transport. if you find this out the hard way it's a real pain cleaning up the mess. so I hope you read this first. ### ⭐ Cannot be sealed *by B***K on Reviewed in the United States on February 27, 2019* The glass is OK but nothing special from a quality standpoint. The screw top lids, under the shinny hard shell, consist of a flimsy thread insert. Any attempt to close this tight enough to create a water tight seal pops the insert out of the glass threads. You can do little more than touch the top of the glass edge with the cap seal. I assume these are from China using the Anchor Hocking brand.
