## Questions & Answers

**Q: is this acoustic or classical?. It says both but it doesn't look like acoustic to me**
A: This is a classical guitar but any guitar that doesn’t require any electronics or power to play is considered acoustic

**Q: Does this have a golpeador?**
A: Yes, it came with a transparent golpeador attached.

**Q: How many mm high on 12 fret? Low action?**
A: At Calido Guitars we setup each instrument in our shop before shipping. For Flamencos we target 3.0mm at the 12th fret, which is low and standard for Flamencos. Other dealers probably will not do this. This answer is only for Calido Guitars purchases. Please let us know if we can help you. If you would like a specific action height, then you may request it from us when you order.
Thank you,
Calido Guitars

**Q: Does it come with a case? If yes, hard or soft?**
A: No case with the one I bought
