Sleeves are not tight feeling at all, which is usually a problem for me. Love that the pants have elastic waist band, so you don't need to fuss with nala. The gold ribbon design at the neckline is a little itchy, but I feel most Indian clothes are a little uncomfortable! I bought 3X and it fit perfectly. I usually wear size 16/0X/XXL in American size. Highly recommend! Review: Bust is small - The detail is absolutely Devine. The only issue is that it is not true to size in the bust area. They give you about an extra inch to unstitch. But it is still very tight in the bust area.
