Review: Great salt but poor shipping - I love this salt, it has a nice, mellow and sweet flavor. Unfortunately, it was shipped in a padded bag and the bag of salt was smashed open inside, so all the salt was loose. I had to re-bag it in a ziplock bag and will put it in a sealed container when I can get one. This comes in no frills packaging, just a plastic bag. As others have noted, it's not fine grain salt as generally defined in mass market salts. However, it is a finer crystal size than many sea salts. For table use you're going to have to grind it smaller if you want the usual size grains for your food. I can't really say that this tastes any different from other sea salts but it tastes fine.
