It wouldn't hurt a raccoon, I don't believe, but I've never tried to care for a baby raccoon. I also got several suggestions for kitten and puppy food, which I know you can feed grown raccoons. But, I don't know what they can handle at 3 weeks. **Q: Is this ok for older squirrels still drinking formula?** A: Yes it is! However, note that it contains extra fat and other nutrients, so it is best for a squirrel that needs to gain weight.
