It is a really great piece of kit with a wonderfully clear 17 inch screen. It's a bit weighty and because it is complete , a little larger than some but having the extra number pad and the DVD disc drive and a 1TB hard disc it wonderful value for money. It was an update from Windows 7 Professional to Windows 10 but within a couple of weeks we had both mastered it.I ordered one for myself but it never arrived and now Amazon are out of stock. It's on my wish list. ### ⭐ Criminally poor. It’s agonisingly slow, I use my kindle/ipad instead. *by A***R on 24 June 2020* Bought this as the laptop I wanted from Argos was sold out So this was the best alternative apparently. Agonisingly slow, bought it to replace an ancient Toshiba and performs about as well. Big size, nice screen, took ages to set up. Charged battery Initially for a full 24 hours and it lasted 2 hours max. Takes the best part of a minute to open a photo, can’t even navigate social media in a reasonable time. My old Kindle performs quicker, I find myself searching the Net on my phone or kindle for speed. I hope it just needs a bit of running In otherwise It’s a waste of good money. Really not sure, had a HP before which was garbage but the Recent reviews suggested they’ve turned things around, we’ll see.*Update 2023, I’ve hardly used this since purchased, you can’t do anything on it, I fired it up, it took 3 hours to open an email, absolutely criminal, stay away ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Laptop *by D***E on 17 June 2020* This new laptop was delivered 2 days ago & so far I am delighted with its. Great screen & speed of response is good. Only one comment to note. The Amazon spec states that there is 1 USB port.
