Review: BEST WII GAME THAT I OWN. - First of all I would like to say that I own all of the 3 major FPS series on Wii; Goldeneye, Conduit, and Cod. And MW3 EASILY is the best option. I will list below the features it has, and the other wii FPS games that have them. Voice chat: MW3 and Conduit has voice chat, except Modern warfare's is much better. Gun customization. MW3 easily wins this category also. Mw3 allows the player to put 2 attachments on the primary weapon, a proficiency (improves statistics), and also a pre-made camouflage. You can also change the shape of the red dot if you use a red dot sight. Goldeneye allows 1 attachment on a weapon, and Conduit doesnt allow any. LOBBY SIZE: This is one category that Mw3 loses. It has a lobby size of 10 people per game, and conduit 2 can include 12 people in a game. Goldeneye can only include 8 per game. Killstreaks: Mw3 has around 20 different killstreaks that can be used, while conduit and goldeneye have none. Both Conduit and Goldeneye will tell you what number killstreak you are on, but you will never earn rewards besides XP for it. Game types: Mw3 destroys the competition in this. First of all many more people play mw3 so you will find more games, and it also has so many game types. goldeneye and conduit only have 7-8 game types approximately. Survival: Goldeneye has no "survival mode", however conduit 2 and mw3 do. Mw3's is endless (play till you die), and conduit's goes up to wave 20 (I think). besides this difference the two are extremely similar. The one other difference is that conduit two uses split screen 2 player, and mw3 uses online 2 player. Multiplayer: This is Mw3's weak point. there is absolutely zero split screen in the entire game. Goldeneye and Conduit 2 have 4 player split-screen. Ally system: in online multiplayer goldeneye probably has the worst ally system. two allies need to exchange friend codes to play. In conduit, you have to do the same, but you can also add players to your "Rival List" so you know who they are the next time you play with them. In Modern Warfare 3 the Ally system is the best out of any wii game made so far. You can add allies just by clicking on their name, and you can send text messages and game invites to them. The text message option is an amazing addition to the game, especially if you don't have a Wii voice chat mic. Overall Mw3 wins by a lot. The other games are still fun though. MAJOR PROS: Online gameplay, gun customization, killstreaks, survival mode online, ally system.
Review: One of my favorites! - The only con: graphics for Wii are standard definition. As in 480 pixels across. This is dwarfed now-a-days by all the 1080 pixels across content. So if you're used to Xbox and Playstation, understand that playing this Wii game on your 1080 or even 4K TV will mean you'll see a game that looks kinda blocky. Also, controls are a LITTLE wonky. They can be customized to a point but I found myself several times trying to get out of places and not being able to because the controls were not intuitive. (I was using the Wii Zapper). But you'll quickly forget about that because of the pros. PROS: While it's 480, those 480 graphics are brilliant. Far more details and immersive than many of the other Wii games I've played. But this game is more than pixels, it's what those pixels are bringing to you in terms of story and excitement. This is a first person shooter with a storyline that is linked to previous games though you don't have to have played the previous games to follow this storyline. Each level takes you to a different part of the world, wielding a new kind of weapon, riding a new kind of vehicle... as acting as a new character! And the action is EPIC. Even now, in the summer of 2016, this game feels like I'm playing a current hollywood blockbuster movie trilogy all in a single game. You're dropped off in New York City where you witness buildings crashing down on you. You're on the streets and in the buildings and on the rooftops. Later you're under water riding an underwater jet ski following a massive submarine. Then you're in the jungle, sniping. Then in a dry sandy village. You're down in the subway tracks, in the back of a jeep driving after a speeding subway car! You're running through the streets of Germany. Of France. You're piloting bombing air craft. There are SO many enemies ahead of you hiding in so many different places. It feels SO immersive! It's no an open world game but at times it feels so. Flying high above the area before you land really gives you a feeling of how much space you could have to run around. When you're in the thick of the action though, there's just too many enemies to considering wandering around sight seeing although they'll be a bit of that! So many places to hide and duck. Damaged buildings you can wander upstairs and downstairs in. While most levels have a main single path to follow (and a fellow soldier to follow) you more often than not always have a second or 3rd way to get there. Behind the buildings, a side road or on the rooftops. It's not COMPLETELY linear, you see. The action is so intense that I've played the game twice now because it was just so exciting. And better yet, there is reason for completionists to play again - there are enemy computers with intel on them which you collect. I believe there are a grand total of 46 computers hidden throughout the game; 3-4 computers on each level. You don't have to find them to beat a level, it's just a fun side objective. At any point you can return to a level and replay it while looking for those computers (you don't lose your spot). There are a couple WARNINGS in the game, advising the player that there are disturbing scenes which you can opt out of (and this does not effect your score or your ability to win the game). From what I can tell so far, one scene that you can skip over is [SPOILERS]: After a level in which you have to stop trucks filled with explosives, you are placed on the street as a random father with his wife and daughter. You are looking through a camera view finder as the mom plays with the daughter on the street. One of the trucks seen previously pulls up next to the little girl and is detonated killing the girl, the mom and presumably the father (you). Not graphic in terms of literal gore - but certainly may be disturbing to some. [SPOILERS OVER. READ ON SAFELY!] All in all, this is a game that is JAM PACKED with excitement. It's even more exciting if you follow the plot but if you're like me, there's too much else to think of (wow look at those graphics! What are the controls? What will happen next? Where are we going? How to I survive all this?) No matter, the game is intense and exciting and it's a game I certainly want to play multiple times.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Awesome game! I've taken the Wii back from my kids!
*by M***. on September 23, 2012*

I bought a Wii for my kids for Christmas last year. Since then it's been dedicated to Lego Star Wars, Lego Batman and Dora princess games. Until now! I decided to get this for myself and I'm loving it! MW3 is my first adventure into FPS so I don't really have a comparison to anything else but I must say that this game is very well made. I can sit and play for hours (though I try not to, the wife doesn't like that very much). I have to keep the kids out of the room while I'm playing due to some foul language and the graphic violence but for adults this game is quality entertainment. I'm encouraging my brother to get a copy as well so we can play multiplayer together. Tons of fun!
