My baby girl fell asleep as soon as I set her down in this pillow. I thankfully haven’t had an issue with signs of flat head but bought this pillow to be in the safe side and prevent it.It’s light, soft and definitely breathable. She can stay in this pillow easily as opposed to the — Breathe-Thru Baby Head Shaping Pillow (Newborn, Age 0-3 Months, Head Circumference 13-17 Inches) — that is shaped more like a circle made out of a memory foam like material (that one comes in two sizes for when baby’s head grows). And with this pillow she can turn her head left to right and even to a side lay breast feed position with ease (unlike with the other pillow I bought where she continues to fall of the pillow since it’s chunk and not as flat as this one)My baby started using this finishing up her 1st month of life entering month 2..she is not 3 months and still fits this pillow perfectly.
