I think I like these best because I have always bought shoe bags in black. I'm not sure why but now after getting these see through bags, I can say "no more" completely blacked out bags for me. The clear bags of course makes it easier to see what shoe is in the bag so it saves me less time searching through bags like I use to do with the black ones. The see through bags and thick so shoes won't get holes in them. The bags close by the strings at top in a gather. To keep them close, I usually tie them in a double knot. The bags make it east to pack when traveling and also serves as protection if liquids spill. Depending on the size of my shoe, I can get a couple of shoes in at a time, especially summer sandals which also helps with storage space.
