It has a nice feel to it, not dry like usual. But it doesn't really feel like it has more volume. Also, the bottle is VERY hard to squeeze to get the shampoo out! I have a hard enough time with bottles, due to arthritis in my hands. But this bottle's plastic is very hard and almost impossible for me to squeeze out the shampoo. My hair feels thicker in my hands while rinsing it out. I have my hair dyed black and can easily see that my part, which is a center part, is not as wide, leaving less scalp showing. The bottle seems a little small, however it doesn't take much to lather up so it should last as long as other shampoos in bigger bottles that do not thicken your hair.
