**Q: How does this compare to the knorr home style concentrated stock (the 4 tiny jelly tubs to a pack)?**
A: I have not tried the tiny tubs. We eat a lot of soup so the convenience of the larger container is perfect for us

A: It's concentrated, so a serving size of this + water = broth

**Q: I don't see onion/garlic in ingredient, however, are they included in the first ingredient(chicken broth)?**
A: I checked both Chicken & Beef....neither mentioned onion/garlic.

The Knorr Liquid Concentrates are some of the best tasting bases in the business. I pressure can my homemade chicken broth, but when I don't need an entire quart, I use this. I add it to grits, rice, gravy, soups, stews, and vegetables. I don't add extra salt, and the food tastes great. I use this nearly every day. I even make it into broth and drink it when I'm ill.
