Fits me perfectly front and back. The thong version is odd. The front is perfect, but the thong is WAY too long. I need to cut about three inches off the length for it to not ride half-way up my back. Just weird that they designed it this far out of proportion. If I have to cut up a pair of undies and sew them back together to make them fit, we have a design failure. Too bad too. As I said, the front and pouch are really perfect. Side ties make for the "one-size" to fit anyone's waistline.I am a 260lb bodybuilder with a 37" waist. I prefer thongs because my thick thighs don't get restricted as they do with most briefs. After buying the bikini version of these same undies, this was a real let-down. The thong back is great and the length of the ties are long enough that you can play around with tying the strings in different ways.
