## Description

Try Always Discreet incontinence underwear for women. These adult diapers for women have up to zero leaks, zero odor, and zero bulk when wet for incontinence protection you can depend on. Designed to fit up to 95% of body shapes, these adult diapers for women range from sizes 2-26W+. If you find yourself between sizes (such as 12-14 or 20-22), factor in your usual pant size and body shape. If you tend to carry more of your weight around your hips and thighs, it's often best to size up for more comfort and optimal fit around your legs. If you tend to carry most of your weight in your mid-section, sizing down will most likely provide a better fit for you. Perfect for everyday use and also ideal as postpartum underwear, our products have a cottony soft 4 way stretch that fits like real underwear. These innovative disposable underwear for women feature a super absorbent core that wicks away moisture and turns liquid to gel, ensuring up to 12 hours of maximum absorbency and up to 100% leak-free protection you can depend on. These adult diapers for women also have LeakGuards that help contain leaks and prevent incontinence overflow and Odorlock technology that continually neutralizes odor. These lightly scented incontinence underwear for women are 40% drier* (*vs. leading brand) for all day freshness and confidence. Embrace life without limits and choose Always Discreet

## Questions & Answers

**Q: i have a very high waist are these going to fit high enough?**
A: It depends on high your waist is, it is for medium high waists or you could give them a try one time and see. If they go up high enough.

**Q: Will the xxl fit? i am a bigger girl and usually wear a 3x (or a 10-12 in underwear; i'm about 300lbs, most of it in my belly).**
A: I wear 11 underwear, apple shape, 280, xxl is a little to big. I make them work by wearing underwear over them. I'm going to try xl. I use these for overnight heavy periods.

**Q: Are they shipped in a regular Amazon box or does it say what they are on outside? I have noisy neighbors.**
A: Noisy neighbors are the worst! Sorry, had to say that. The box is the regular Amazon box - nothing on the outside to suggest the contents.

**Q: Do you wear these along with pads or by itself?**
A: If you use a heavy pad also you don’t always have to change pants (if traveling, shopping etc.) works great. Better than undressing to change every time if you are wearing long pants ( Levi’s, capris etc.)

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Confortabkr & functional

Excellent comfort in the extra large ,not too tight and smooth fitting. Good absorption. Wish these came in black.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect for post partum.
*by H***H on October 10, 2026*

Probably my favorite post pop arruma item after giving birth. So much easier and more absorbent than what the hospital offers or the big make soft pads you make on your own. This helped a ton with having one less thing to stress about after sizing is very accurate. I’m 5ft 0 inches and I was 155lbs at birth and the S/M fit great.
