It is NOT the same thing as PPD, which is P Phenylenediamine and comes up as a "10" worst concern rating in EWG (very toxic). So they are not being deceptive. This does not contain PPD. That said it does contain a slew of other concerning toxic ingredients like: Propylene Glycol. Ethanolamine (just as bad as ammonia), Toluene-2,5-Diamine Sulfate (really bad!), and M Aminophenol (linked to thyroid cancer.) I don't want to order from a company with bad service.** A: Oh I trust they will replace a damaged product **Q: Are there any ash shades?** A: NO picture but I need a light ash blonde **Q: I am not sure if after coloring my hair do I just rinse the product with water only then apply tube#3, or do I shampoo using any shampoo, then tube#3?** A: After applying and letting the color on your hair for the recommended time (I like to have it on for an hour) feel free to rinse with water until the product comes off. There after, I use gentle shampoo to wash my scalp and and stains around the hair line. I do this twice. You can use tube 3 for conditioner or your favorite conditioner that is dedicated for treated/color hair.
