Secondly, please confirm that the charging case is fully charged. Thirdly, please confirm that the earbud is charging properly while charging, and the indicator light of the earbud is blinking normally. **Q: How's the sound coming out from the receiver end during call? muffled or crisp?** A: Not good for me. I returned them. **Q: My earbuds won’t pair with eachother** A: In order for the earbuds to pair with each other you have to take the left one first then the right end hold them together **Q: How can I pair both earbuds?** A: reset both earbuds (while in the case hold the left earbud for 8 seconds, repeat on the right). Then remove the left earbud then the right and presto, back to single use mode again.
