Most books or materials only go into growing and roasting, this book goes a step further by going into the the science of the coffee bean itself, not just in relation to roasting. It includes sections on Etymology, biology, social aspects, Health and pharmacology, economics and even has a coffee timeline.Once ordered i received it within 2 weeks - about a month before the estimated delivery time - as I live in another country.
