Installation was a 5 min process. I packed up the pressure washer for the winter and when I tried to start it the pump wouldn't pump. I made a call to the Rop Shop and had someone on the phone in less then 30 seconds.She had me check a few things, so I did and called back. Again within 30 seconds I was talking to someone, they sent me a return label and within 2 days of receiving the old pump they sent the new one FREE. I have never had this kind of customer service. The pump was good but the people I spoke with made it an experience not just a purchase. THANK YOU ROP SHOP. Please let everyone know your secrets as to how you get such great employees. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rop shop 3600 psi 2.5 gpm triplex pressure pump. *by on Reviewed in the United States May 8, 2026* I have the Blubery 3500 psi, 2.6 gpm unit. This pump fit exactly in place for the space the old pump came out of. No modifications to the handle was needed. I did have to swap the oil dipstick to the other port and do this before mounting the pump. The pump comes pre-adjusted to 3400 psi. It would be easier to adjust the unloaded before mounting if you want to adjust the pump output pressure to 3600 psi.
