The V Bow and long button are made from black polypropylene rope woven around a solid rubber core. The core is made from recycled rubber and is guaranteed not to degrade over time. The side fenders are made in house from recycled PVC. Exceptionally tough and hard wearing narrowboat side fenders. The side fender attaches to your canal narrowboat or barge by a single black 10mm rope that passes right through the rubber tube. Each side fender has a heard wearing ABS plastic washer (that don't rust) at the bottom and top to prevent the rope pulling back through the tube. There is enough rope to attach these fenders at gunnel or handrail level. Three ten metre black softline canal boat mooring ropes 14mm. Eye and back spliced for ease of use. Softline is a Synthetic rope that is extremely soft and flexible this means that it is easy to coil up and throw. It is made from a variety of materials (multi filament) so it feels smoother compared with other plastic based ropes e.g. normal polypropylene rope, synthetic hemp.
