Direct hand to hand delivery, very securely packaged and even came with a brand new apple charger and a really sweet packet of sweets inside. **Q: Does the phone have the network providers logo and third party software** A: No this is a completely blank canvas and unlocked like a new phone. My daughters one is still performing well after a year. **Q: Will amazon give my money back if theres a problem in twelvd months** A: You get the Amazon 12 month guarantee which I believe either repairs or replaces dependant upon what’s wrong with the phone. This was a major decision in buying refurbished from Amazon. Friends and family who bought this way said the service (if needed) is excellent. It’s the first time I’ve bought refurbished and I’m super happy with my phone. Will always buy from Amazon now. **Q: What size sim does this phone take please** A: Just the normal, generic size. If you go in a supermarket/newsagents and you see the SIM cards that you can buy for approx 99p near the counters, it’s the same size as them.
