For the "cheaper" price, Hershey's Dark Cocoa used to be good, but they RUINED it by alkalizing it! I searched and tried two or three cocoa / cacao products until I "found" this Caribbean Cacao Raw Cacao Powder - Unsweetened here at Amazon. I believe it might be available elsewhere but Amazon was certainly the "best" price. I put two heaping teaspoonfuls and two sugar shells of pure golden color, cane sugar in some warmed water so the cacao will mix completely before adding two cups of milk. That is my breakfast and anytime "snack". I'm "old", always been a big milk drinker but since I now have milk goats, can hardly stand processed cow milk! When I am not milking any of my does, to make the cow milk taste more like sweet, rich goat milk, I use about 1/3 cup of condensed milk in the big 2 cup glass with cow milk.
