The flippable earring is key as you can use both sides, I use one side for larger earrings, and the other side for smaller. The compartments on the inside are a great size, and the right part is completely adjustable to fit what you need. Highly recommend! *Note: it does have a sheer/sparkle to it. I didn't mind this but I wasn't aware of this when I bought it, if that throws you off, go with a different brand.
