Review: I am happy with the results - I started taking these in April 2026. I injured my knees the summer of 2025 and they were a wreck. I could not bend one of my knees at all. I wanted to avoid shots, surgery, etc. if I could. I started the first two weeks with one capsule a day. Now I take it once in the morning and once in the evening. Per some other reviews, I take it with a healthy fat to metabolize it. I noticed a difference after the first month and since then I have noticed a great improvement in my knees. In the last couple of months, the improvement is exponential. For the past couple of months I have been doing knee stretches several days a week. My knees are still stiff at times after a lot of walking, etc. (Most days I try and walk 2-3 miles) I have to be realistic they will never be perfect, but my range of motion etc. has improved dramatically. One unexpected perk is I have arthritic discomfort in my thumb joints and after taking these supplements, the discomfort is totally gone. This is not a miracle cure, but given the increased mobility and reduction in discomfort I have experienced I am very happy. I am glad I do not have to rely on anti-inflammatories although I do take them occasionally if I have been extremely active.

While I cannot claim that all disputes have been fully resolved, I can report that tensions appear to have eased.
