Since taking it, my blood pressure has gone from slightly elevated to the low end of the normal range and my HDL improved from really low into the normal range. I rarely take any kind of pain relievers anymore, so it seems to be helpful in reducing pain. For anyone who is thinking about trying it, be aware that it has a very pungent odor that tends to hang around in the room in which you take it. The flavor is hard to describe but it isn't something you want lingering around your tastebuds. Some have described it as tasting like diesel fuel or kerosene, but I've never tasted either so I can't make that comparison.
