**Q: Where is this product made?**
A: No idea. Be warned. It will not hold regular sized Kleenex tissues, they are too large for this holder. I bought this for my car, but I can't use it. It's sitting somewhere in the bottom of my closet and will be sold in a yard sale some day.

**Q: easy to use?**
A: Not easy to use after you run out of their tissues.  Regular Kleenex don’t work!

**Q: I never got my free pack of napkin**
A: Contact them

**Q: Does this work with baby wipes?**
A: It doesn’t work with wipes.

This was exactly what I wanted for my car. It was easy to install, is easy to pull a tissue from, and looks nice. The tissues that come with it are meh, but I’m not using it daily so that is not a big deal.
