A couple of months of use, and 2 of them busted for no reason within the last week. The bottom of one completely shattered, and the bottom came clean off of the other (ad can be seen in the photos). It came with an extra cap too, both with the silicon insert. The caps do look a little low quality (one was scraped), but they dont leak, so good enough for me! I also saved a cap from a different bottle I previously had, so i'm not too bothered, cap-wise lol. My only concern is that I wish it came with some sort of external protection (eg silicon) since it is glass afterall. But I bought it knowing it wouldnt have one, so that isnt too big of an issue. The glass itself seems sturdy and has no smell, so overall great quality!I got emails from their customer service asking me if the bottle has arrived, if it arrived intact, and if I enjoyed using it.Thanks for your wonderful customer service, please do keep it up! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just What I needed! *by T***A on February 24, 2018* These bottles have been great. I need exactly this size to mix a liquid, so I don't need to measure. I don't use them for drinking because I have arthritis in my hands and it would hurt to constantly be lifting them to drink from. So, I mix my drink in these and leave them in the refrigerator until I need it. The lids are secure and I've had no leaking.
