**Q: I have such a heavy menstrual flow, I'm seriously considering using these adult diapers. Has anyone used them for this purpose before? How were they?**
A: I’ve used them for that purpose; I understand your plight. They are very absorbent and I’ve never had an issue with them leaking when used for a heavy menstrual flow. I’d recommend these for sure.

**Q: How many ounces does this hold ?**
A: I'm not sure how many ounces this holds.  I used it with a liner and even at that, the bed underpad was wet by morning.  The material was scratchy and the absorbent pad in the underwear was not long enough in the back.  I have stopped ordering this brand.

**Q: Do these rip off at the sides?**
A: Someone here said there was a way to rip them on the sides but I used these and a couple of times I tried to rip the side material and had no luck ripping them.
