The bed is finely made with right finishing and polish. Initially, the delivery was delayed due to Mumbai rains, but the seller took the initiative of contacting us and ensuring that the bed would be delivered within the new time frame. When the bed arrived, we found it to be smaller than our requirements, but the seller immediately agreed to exchange it for slightly wider bed for a nominal delivery charge. The storage helped in setting out of public eye bundles of adult diapers, sheets etc. which can be easily accessed through the two front side doors. The bed matched exactly the photo published. This he accomplished in only two days. Thanks to him, my old and sick mother can now be comfortable in bed at night and during the day. A thorough gentleman who sells a good product.
