It does everything I need and it does it well. It is simple to use, easy to clean, and the settings are perfect combos that get the job done on anything I have made. Even the difference after removing the extra air in smoothies is very evident and is a case of not knowing what you were missing until this device brought it. Literally the only challenge I had was once trying to blend something up a little bit and leave chunks but it worked so well and so fast that it blended it too quickly and I didn't have the chunks remaining that I desired, LOL.
