I loved this clock, did not have any problems setting it up, you just need to follow the directions. Liked that the time of the alarm was visible in the lower left corner. All was well for the first ten days, then on the eleventh morning I hit the snooze button and the clock froze at 6:41 a.m. Nothing I did would change it, could not turn the alarm off or on. Finally removed and reinserted the batteries, which were fresh when I put them in. The clock came back to life but I had to go through all the time and alarm settings again. I can't trust a clock that suddenly stops working, so it is going back. I'm very disappointed as this had so many things going for it including: two alarm settings, large easy to read numerals,display of alarm time, temperature and humidity display and adjustable time for length of snooze.
