Comes securely packaged, you get the top and bottom parts of the case, it has a slightly rubbery texture which is a really nice feature. You also get two keyboard covers one for the 2019 version and the other for the 2020 version, I'm really happy as I thought they would only give me the 2019 version. You also get a screen protector and a really good screen cloth to clean it down. You also get spare jelly bits for the bottom of you case, which I think is great.
