Product Description Titanium Epoxy Putty Stick Repair & Rebuild Titanium Epoxy Stick is a hand-mixable, titanium reinforced epoxy putty stick, specifically formulated to bond and repair materials that are exposed to high temperatures. Industrial Strength This industrial strength product cures tough and hard and bonds tenaciously to metals. After 8 hours of cure, Titanium Epoxy Stick can be machined, tapped, drilled, ground or filed. Benefits Can be exposed to high temperatures: +260°C Putty-like consistency, easy to mould to shape Simple to use, no tools required Cures after 8 hours, can then be drilled, sawed, sanded, filed, tapped, machined, and painted Suitable for interior or exterior use, resistant to water, chemicals, and temperature extremes Repair & Rebuild In Minutes When mixed to a uniform colour, the materials combine to form a polymer compound that can be moulded into shapes or used to build up, repair and patch almost anything. Typical applications • Rebuild small engine parts • Repair tanks • Iron pipes and ducting • Tools, moulds and castings • Repair stripped threads & blow holes • Exterior parts of fire places, stoves, wood burners, etc. How To Use Surface preparation: clean surface, ensure free of oil, grease, corrosion and dirt. Scuffing or sanding the surface prior helps ensure a good bond. ONLY USE THE REQUIRED AMOUNT Cut or twist off the required amount, putting the remaining epoxy back in the tube and reseal with the cap. MIX WELL Wearing gloves, hand mix the epoxy by kneading with the fingers until a uniform colour is formed. If mixing is difficult, warm Stick to room temperature or slightly above. For best results use damp fingers. After mixing, Titanium Epoxy Stick has a 1 hour work life. APPLY TO SURFACE TO BE REPAIRED Force into any cracks or holes and strike off excess material, preferably with a tool moistened with clean water. After 2 hours the epoxy will form a tenacious bond. Curing at higher temperatures (65˚C) will provide a stronger bond and faster hardening; lower temperatures will retard the cure. Consult the safety data sheet for additional information

**Q: can I use this to reseal the inside of a view window on my 1500 gallon raised pond, is it harmful after cured ?**
A: Andrew, I used it to fix a crack in my concrete garden water feature. It worked, even when applied in water. It is still doing the job two years on.  It dries whiteish in colour.  Sorry I cannot be of more help. EVC

**Q: Will it bond with lead?**
A: Sorry don't know, used it on fibre glass.

**Q: Does it work on copper pipe**
A: We'd recommend using our Copper Epoxy Stick for this.

**Q: Wil it seal crack in shower tray?**
A: Hello underneath it should actually in the shower tray would be unsightly.

Wanted this to provide insulated ends on a quench tube for forging so I could pick it up when it was at 250C and filled with hot oil. Used the putty to give me an insulating handle at each end (still wore blacksmiths gloves). Did pretty much what it said on the tin. Set rock hard over night and provides a reasonable thermal barrier.
