Lack of Quality Control. Don't expect perfection *by J***E on Reviewed in the United States on August 10, 2019* 1st Delivery: Large Tray had a 1" black scratch on the chrome, but the Small Tray was 100% perfect. I don't have photos of the scratch as it was so big, didn't think a picture was need for them to see that this should have shipped. Unfortunately, you still have to return it as a complete set though, we couldn't keep the small tray that was in great condition.2nd Replacement Return: Both large and small tray have the black scratches, but they're smaller like 1/8" - 1/4" scratches/chip marks, but clearly visible. Attached are photos for reference.I bought a chrome touch-up pen and didn't bother with 3rd return assuming that the quality would be similar or worse if we did another replacement. See attached photos of before and after repairing the trays with a chrome touch up pen.
