    Mine broke right outta warranty

The contacts burned up and it didn't shut the compressor off... my 175psi relief valve popped and the compressor ran for hours. On the positive side I consider that to be a great endurance and performance test for my ancient 2 stage pump and new motor 😀 they were hot as a rocket, plus after that I drained like 1/2 gallon of water.... yeah so although I was at least partially at fault I wouldn't recommend it. Since the overload didn't trip I replaced it with a 40 amp 240 volt magnetic switch and put in a lower rated breaker.
