Really creative design, fun to build actually and the wood came with no damage. The roof is great for heavy rain and/or snow and the space inside is great for price. Overall, may need help building but it’s durable, stylish and worth getting. Cute! Like the two or three ways for cats to escape (one, on side, is for clean out if you leave it open). The roof opens up and has hinges that keep it open for easy cleaning. I pretty much assembled it myself! I liked that each bag of screws had an extra screw in it. It's always easy to lose a screw and it was nice having extra in case that happened. It was packed nicely with foam protecting it in the box. I placed straw in the bottom floor and the feral kitty outside uses it every night. Right now I keep the large door panel open on the side because I wanted him to feel safe using it. After a while, I hope to be able to close that and see if he will keep using it by going through the front door. I feed many cats in my neighborhood. Most are feral but I love them all. They seem to be enjoying their condo. So happy to have found this one. Instructions call for 2 people to put it together but I did it alone with very little to no problems. I recommended it to other family members that love outdoor cats. We have 2 outside cats and they took a little time to move into their new home. But I find them there every time it rains. We feed them on the top of it now. We do have it under our porch so not sure how it would do under direct weather conditions. But so far it done amazing. Still looks like new! They have a website and sell PawHut products. **Q: Can the inside ramp be pulled up and secured so that 2 cats can have separate quarters?** A: I don’t think so but there are separate quarters as is. I think cats respect each other’s space anyway. You will be pleased with this sturdy, well made cat house. It has roller wheels to easily move. They also lock in place when you don’t want it moved. **Q: Is it hard to put together?** A: It was missing one part and the wheels didn't fit. Overall, easy to put together. **Q: Hi.. is the upper window have plexiglass or is it open? I prefer it not to be open so it would be more warm..** A: The upper front window is plexiglass. The lower door is also plexiglass in a swinging door. The upper side where the cat is laying is an open entrance. I did find the roof is not exactly "waterproof" It leaks around the edging- you should chalk it to seal it better. ## Frequently Bought Together - Aivituvin Outdoor Feral Cat House 2-Story Cat Cottage Kitten Shelter with Window - K&H PET PRODUCTS Self-Warming Cat Bed Pad, Self Heating Pad for Outdoor Cat Houses, Warming Mat for Indoor Pet Beds & Furniture, Reversible Blanket, Machine Washable - Small 21 X 17in Gray/ Black - Furhaven ThermaNAP Self-Warming Cat Bed for Indoor Cats & Small Dogs, Washable & Reflects Body Heat - Quilted Faux Fur Reflective Bed Mat - Gray, Small --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.hr/products/151620609-aivituvin-outdoor-cat-house-weatherproof-2-story-34-4h-standard](https://www.desertcart.hr/products/151620609-aivituvin-outdoor-cat-house-weatherproof-2-story-34-4h-standard) --- *Product available on Desertcart Croatia* *Store origin: HR* *Last updated: 2026-10-30*
