The case it good quality and has enough room for the earplugs, additional filters and the wearable cord (very useful). The cleaning spray is plenty enough to last a fair while too. The earplugs themselves are very good quality and fit comfortable in the ear to the point it doesn't actually feel like you're wearing them. The filters fit very easily into the plugs and the cord clips on securely. They are very easy to use/wear. Now the most important part, they actually work extremely well! Both my son and I have just come back from a 2 date Metallica concert in London. It was loud, very loud and very heavy. There was no loss of sound at all but at the same time they were keeping our ears safe (using the gold filter for the shows). When you're right next to the stage with bands such as Metallica, and Pantera you need to look after your ears. We both returned home with no ringing in the ears or headaches. I absolutely recommend these for concerts and small more intimate gigs will be a breeze with these. Or just for partying.thank you.** A: I use mine (with the gold filter fitted) as I play drums in a relatively small space - drums can be “explosive “ in close quarters and these ear defenders remove the damaging frequencies without losing the quality of the music. Possibly using the other filters (experiment) they should allow conversation and appreciation of the party music , but cut off that overpowering, ear splitting high/low frequencies- they look a bit cool too! **Q: Will I be able to wear headphones over these earplugs or does the filter stick out of the ear too much?** A: Should be fine. **Q: Would this be useful to reduce noise while i sleep? I have noisy housemates and neighbours** A: Yes. These are excellent earplugs. Obviously passive (ie not battery powered) but would reduce but not remove general background noise. **Q: I experience noise sensitivity. Could you tell me if these cut down the low frequencies such as a lawnmower & the high frequencies of car alarms etc** A: I believe they cut the highs and lows leaving the mids. I tend to find I can still have a normal conversation when wearing them but I don't get tinnitus after gigs.
