The instructions are not great, however, save confusion and go straight to watching the video online. Putting the the empty capsules in, tops and bottoms… have a pair of tweezers on hand (I didn’t and ended up with the caps flying in all directions because they don’t all go the right way in) Clamping the too down was perfect, l kept pressing all around until the crunching noises stopped. I didn’t tip them out as there was quite a lot of fine charcoal powder flying around as it tipped. No duds, all perfect as in photo! I would recommend this? Absolutely, l think it’s great, simple and I’m sure I’ll get more slick at it. I do look as if I’ve been cleaning the chimney, but that’s the charcoal powder, not the machine.
