The pull goes all the way through where with the Concept to you get some lag at the top of you pull which is not very natural. Foot placement and oval handles are also good features that are much more ergonomically correct. Like rowing in water, the harder you pull the harder it is. Same with the WaterRower. Much more natural all around! **Q: im 6'4" will i get a full leg extenction on the rower.** A: Well, I am 6'1" and I do not have a problem with a full leg extension. And I just checked, if I go all the way to the end of the slide, it looks like my foot is about 4-5 inches away from the shoe holder, so you should be okay. **Q: What is the size of a shipping container?** A: Two boxes: the larger and heavier of the two is 29 inches X 24 inches X 23 inches. The second box contains the two rails/tracks that the seat moves along and acts as the base of the rower. This second box is probably a long and slender box that is probably about 7-8 feet long.Since it wasn't delivered directly to my door but to the apartment's leasing office, I had to move it myself to my apartment. I managed to get both boxes into my car, which is saying a lot as I have a small coupe.
