A: No, it will  not fit without a hassle. IMy granddaughter has a 22 inch reborn, don't waist your money. if will be returning  it today.

A: Hi Jane! This adorable Carrier should be "just right" for dolls from 12"-18". Cozy!

**Q: Would baby alive baby grow doll fit in thus carroer?**
A: It will, but my daughter's baby alive is so heavy that it keeps pulling the straps apart.  Better for lighter dolls and stuffed animals.

**Q: How long can the product be used?**
A: It is adjustable so probably up to 5 or 6 ur old
