I was able to lift heavy with a little bit more ease. There were certain exercises I felt I had little control over the barbell with the hand grips. The wrist straps should be a bit wider for support of the wrists. Overall, I would rate this product a 3.5/5. It does the job to an extent. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Decent for hand protection *by J***J on June 22, 2019* Have been using it for a couple weeks now, works fine, definitely helps with blisters and hand rips. However, i do have one small complaint, i thought the description said size small fits palm up to 4 inches, my palm is exactly 4 inches and the small feels slightly tight. Today i went back and looked now the picture says small fits up to 3.75 inches.
