A: It doesn't say on the bottle.  The important questions are where are the ingredients from and where are the ingredients put together. A: According to their website, this is listed 
as a gluten free supplement.

**Q: what is shelf life and expiry date on these?**
A: Mine expire 11/2022.

**Q: Does this have to be dissolved or can you just swallow it?**
A: You allow it to dissolve in your mouth. It has a pleasant, mildly sweet taste. I crack it with my teeth to allow it to dissolve more quickly. It takes about 30 seconds. My functional medicine doctor recommended this brand.
