The customer service is fantastic (thank you so much for the functional pump mailed to me so quickly when the original one was received broken by Amazon). And the product is excellent. The only issue I had was the war wounds when giving our cats baths, lol.I ordered Filthy Friends organic pet shampoo out of desperation. My white cat was flea infested (saw at least a dozen fleas crawling on his tummy, poor thing). And my dark grey cat was itching so badly, she had scabs formed around her neck. How can it get so bad with inside cats? Anyway, I had tried Frontline earlier this summer and it seemed to make them sick. So I wanted something organic and more gentle that would soothe their skin and kill fleas. I searched Amazon by highest guest reviews and found this product. We started with our biggest cat, Marshmellow. My big strong hubby held him down while I poured water over him (yea, he was not a happy camper and this created a few war wounds on both of us, but it was worth it). As soon as I pumped the first glob of shampoo onto his skin and massaged in, I noticed how sudsy it became with less product than other shampoos we've tried. We coated his body well, then left it on for at least 5 minutes (I read somewhere using certain oils for 5 minutes or longer will kill fleas). It looked like all the fleas were surfacing and the poor kitty had little black specks all over him, so gross. We rinsed thoroughly and patted him dry. Next was the gray cat, Owl. She's about half the weight of the white one, so her bath was much easier on us. I thought I had used about half a bottle of shampoo on the cats (because a few weeks ago I did use a little more than half a bottle in one bath when trying to bathe our cats with local pet store cat shampoo with oils), but amazingly I had only used a small amount. The bottle felt almost the same weight as before their bath. And after they were dry, I searched through the white cat's fur (it's easier to spot fleas on a white cat), using a flea comb, I found about 5 fleas ... and they were all dead! It has been a week now and it seems Marshmellow is still flea free (after several vacuuming sessions of the house). Owl is still scratching, but barely. She used to wake me at night because she would scratch constantly and shake the bed. Now she just sleeps. I think we're going to bathe Owl once more to see if we can completely rid her of her itching. I'm so happy to have found this amazing product. Shampoo. Ever. Okay, my dog was skunked a couple weeks before I got this. Smell was HORRENDOUS. He got a direct shot, I guess. This happened around midnight so in a combination of desperation and exhaustion I bathed him with a combination of dollar store dog shampoo, dish soap, baking soda, human shampoo for men, human soap, and women's conditioner. After SIX baths he smelled tolerable enough to leave in my garage. I ordered skunk remover dog shampoo immediately. Well, that seemed to do the trick two days later. But I HATED the smell of the skunk shampoo and I swear I still got a wiff of the skunk every now and then. He just smelled like, well, a dog. At this point my poor dog had developed a small rash on his belly (as expected, I wasn't thinking clearly the Night of Skunk). So I shopped around Amazon for a strongly scented shampoo that would not irritate his skin any further and I found this product. It was delivered on time, and was super simple to use.
