Couple flaws. *by C***. on Reviewed in the United States on December 26, 2019* I've owned many water flossers in the past and this one is probably the best so far. Mostly for one simple reason: it is very easy to clean! The water tank is easily removed by twisting it off and then you can properly clean it and avoid buildup and mold. That feature alone makes this a very good product.There are a few flaws, however. 1) the water pressure could be more. This is a personal flaw as I'm sure many people believe it is just right or could be less. For me though, I feel like it could be higher and that a dial or button can be added to raise or lower the pressure. 2) the swivel head swivels too much. I know this seems like a petty thing, but I feel as though I chase the swivel head around while I am flossing. It is too loose.Other than that, a great product that does its job! My teeth definitely feel cleaner when I am done. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for braces! *by P***E on Reviewed in the United States on December 30, 2019* The water pik has been really effective in cleaning my 11 year old son's braces. He figured it out right away by closing his mouth around the spout and he's impressed with how it gets rid of all the gunk and food particles stuck between the brackets. I like how there are four spout heads that come with the water pik. The USB charger is convenient as well and so far has lasted over a week on one charged being used daily. The only suggestion I have is to make the little plastic piece that covers the charging outlet somehow attached to the water pik. By having it come out completely and be so small, I'm worried it will get lost and thus lose its water resistant property. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fair design and quality of mateails! The seller shipped another unit. I tested it and it does perform much better that the first one. To be honest it is still not as good in performance as stationary unit I have, but close enough and good for traveling. I appreciate seller’s concern and updated my rating to 4 stars.Older reviewProduct is designed well: compact which make it easy to carry it around. However, performance is bad - water pressure is very low and cleaning effect is close to 0. Just do the mouth wash will have the same effect...(I compare performance to another non-portable unit I have which performance very well. Bought this one to take on with me on trips.
