To accompany the product, the seller provided a free e-book with easy-to-follow dietary guidelines.Upon receiving my CandidaGo, I cleaned out my fridge of all the big Candida no-no foods, and stocked up instead on chicken, fish, nuts, and quinoa. Following the diet was tough at first, especially since breads and sugars are normally a HUGE part of my diet.
