The outside shell feels sturdy and the handle pulls up easily and is a good height for an adult. The wheels rolls smoothly and in all directions. There is a zipper that allows you to expand the suitcase a further inch or so and there are 'resters' on the side of the suitcase so that when you slide it up into the overhead bin to rest on its side, the outside shell isnt getting scratched up! Nice feature! The inside of the case has alot of room for a carry on - there is one side that unzips so that you can access the USB cord to plug into your charging unit (not included) and on the other side there is a zipper to enclose that side of the case so your clothes dont fall out all over the place. On the outside you have a cup holder. But its not just a cup holder, it is also a phone perch AND the usb plug (from the inside) so you can charge your phone while its perched on the stand. The cup holder can also be used as a 'hook' to hang things from (like a small bag if you buy something). I love the colour - I got the burnt orange and its so pretty! All in all I love this case. Its easy to use, easy to maneuver and easy to lift into the overhead bin even when fairly full. Its not too big but is just right. They are pretty good quality but the extender usually ends up coming unsown after a little bit of time.
