I have no problems with it in the shower, and it is the only way I’ve gotten my Libre to stay on for 14 days. When I go to take it off, it is still stuck pretty well. I would make sure it was sealed well and try it. What have you got to lose? I also use skin prep before I put on my Libre. **Q: How do i read the resolt ?????** A: The patch covers the SENSOR, not the meter. The reading can be gotten through the sensor. **Q: Is there a hole for the middle of the sensor., so it can breathe?** A: There is no hole but this patch is perfect. I used to have the sensor not working in the humidity of the bathroom when I was showering. Since I got these patches, the sensor behaves perfectly. I must clarify that what I have is a DexCom G6. I am very happy with these patches, have ordered them more than once and will continue ordering them. The sensor, obviously, is not affected for being completely covered with the patch. Good luck to you. Try them, you will not be disappointed. **Q: Why is it sticky on both sides if it goes over sensor?** A: The Libre Flyer 2 Sensor has Two Sticky Sides when attaching your Arm. One Side Attaches to your Arm and often needs to be remov3ed after you take off the Sensor. The Other Side of the Sensor is keep together the sensor that way. These Patches are Terrific in Keeping Water Out but Hard to put if you are Older because they can stick Together Easily when trying to cover your sensor. At the same time, they are so Sticky it is hard to remove them after a Shower and can Remove the Sensor from your Arm. They are Tough and need to Sticky to Protect the Sensor if in Swimming Pool, Lake, or Ocean for more than 30 Minutes. I don't swim anymore so I did not need them. The Sensor is good and does not to be needed if you Bath or Shower in less than 30 Minutes. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Versatile and useful patch! *by M***S on March 13, 2020* I actually use these particular patches for my 6 year olds pump insertion area. I cut out a small hole in the middle so that it can fit over his pump insert. You do have ones with the holes pre cut, but are slightly too large to do what I need it to do.With all that, it is a wonderful patch, goes on easy, holds tight. Like I said he is 6 year old and is really active and I never have a problem with his site coming or getting knocked out! I have to change the site every 3 days and it’s sticks well enough and does come off when I need it too. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Libre diabetes sensor *by J***S on February 2, 2020* But the interview I love this product. I use it to cover my Li Bray diabetes sensor on my arm. Before I found these every so often my shirt would catch on the sensor as I was changing clothes and sometimes I went even get one single read out of it before it fell off. You can't put them back on so I would have to call the company and they were always very good about sending me a replacement but it was such an inconvenience. Now with these patches I don't have any trouble. I recommend them to everyone I know that wears 1 of these meters ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ These are crap *by R***K on September 16, 2021* I just used this for the first time immediately after having a glucose monitor placed. When I tried to take the first reading on the monitor the sticker obscured my ability to scan the monitor. I attempted to peel the sticker off of the monitor and it pulled the monitor out. I do not have health insurance - I pay for the monitor out of pocket. I cannot afford to throw $70 away because of this stupid sticker.
