That's why I now buy so many at one time. I don't know whether it's planned obsolescence at work, or just poorly made, but do not rely on this product to keep your precious badge, or in my case badge, PIV card, credit cards, and driver's license safe indefinitely. While it works, it's an awesome product, but It will fail you, that much I can guarantee.
