**Q: How does the dark stain hold up after multi use?**
A: The color is natural to the wood.  It will get darker as your properly oil/wax the board.  However it is a very THIN board and does warp easily.  I returned mine and bought a 2 inch teak board.  The wood is also not as HARD as I wanted and cuts easily, THOSE cuts show easily.

**Q: We used the cutting board once and it started fraying and has a very rough feeling to it. We have never had a cutting board do this. Is this normal?**
A: You had the grain raised. Most likely happened after you got it wet for the first time. Very common in wood but there’s a proper way to avoid this happening during the finish sanding process. Unfortunately you’ll need to clean it well and finish sand with fine grit, then re season the board. It should never get rough or fray again.
