It fits her body perfectly and is a very soft/lightweight material with a good amount of stretch in the arm/leg holes. The hat is a little tight and wont stay on her head so if your doggo is close to Peppers size, a 3x might be good for the sake of the hood part! She seems to feel comfortable and definitely adorable🫶🏼😍
