The density of flour which is what I have compared the protein powder to, is a lot less than water, roughly 0.55g to 1ml, so 1 scoop only totals 27.5g, which is why you need 2 scoops to get a 55g serving. The instructions say 300ml 2 scoops but 1 will be fine as it thickens. Saying this I make myn in the morning and take it to work so over time it gets thick like a mouse, hope this helps. **Q: How many servings is 880g?
