BEST PILLOW i have ever had and I have a very bad neck! **Q: Does the pillow keep its shape all night? I tend to move and don't want to have to flip or refluff it.** A: Yes it does keep its shape as you placed and manipulated it ready for sleep. However, sometimes it is necessary to re adjust during the night. **Q: can I use this to support my lower back while I'm sleeping?** A: Sure, why not? I like this pillow because it provides firm support for me when I sleep on my side. But I also use it to prop myself up in bed. It fills the space at my lower back. **Q: my pillow arrived loose-no cover-in a generic box. Wondering if it's used-should be wrapped in plastic or something?** A: Your pillow arrived just as mind did ! That was the same as my previous (gift) orders for the pillow arrived. I just love this pillow and used one just like it for the past thirty years! Just put your regular pillowcase over it. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ small but comfortable *by A***R on 15 July 2025* Why did you choose this product over others?: Yes, comfortable and cool for sleeping.
